catRAPID

catRAPID is an algorithm to estimate the binding propensity of protein-RNA pairs. By combining secondary structure, hydrogen bonding and van der Waals contributions, catRAPID predicts protein-RNA associations with great accuracy.

catRAPID omics v2.0
Computes the interaction between a set of protein(s) or transcript(s) of interest and a reference set (custom/ precompiled transcriptome/ precompiled RNA-binding proteome) of a model organism.

catRAPID express
catRAPID 'express' and catRAPID 'express' omics allow the identification of co-expressed protein and RNA pairs in human tissues.
